Procedures and Practices
1. Once the raw materials arrive at the factory, the warehouse management department immediately notifies the quality control department. Certified inspectors will take samples in accordance with the "Chemical Raw Material Sampling Standards". During the sampling process, protective equipment (such as acid-resistant gloves, goggles, and gas masks) must be worn to avoid contact with toxic and harmful materials.
2. Sampling should cover different packages of each batch of raw materials. It should be done using a "random multiple-point" method to ensure the representativeness of the samples.
